Who controls your data?
VICE is operated by Luca Deguin, individual entrepreneur trading as Webba Creative Technologies, SIREN 905 048 922, 13 rue Paul Bert, 94130 Nogent-sur-Marne, France. Contact: luca.deguin@webba-creative.com.
Data we process
We process the account identity supplied through Webba ID, verified domains, scan settings, scan results, findings, reports, support messages and technical security logs required to operate VICE.
Private beta applications
When you apply, we process your name, email, product URL when provided, selected technologies, product stage, deployment frequency, security concern, motivation, availability, participation choices and first-party campaign attribution. Do not submit credentials or secrets. We use this data to review applications, administer invitations and run the Founding 10 program. Unselected applications are reviewed for deletion after the beta recruitment period and are not sold.
Why we process it
Account and scan data is processed to provide the requested service and secure the platform. Security and fraud prevention rely on our legitimate interests and legal obligations. Optional cookies rely on consent.
Recipients and hosting
Access is restricted to VICE and the technical providers required for authentication, database, infrastructure, hosting and optional audience measurement. The website is hosted by OVH SAS in France. Data is not sold.
Retention
Account and scan data is kept while the service is used, then only for the period required to meet security, accounting or legal obligations. Users may delete domain history and domain workspaces from the dashboard. Aggregated research exports do not contain URLs, evidence or direct identifiers.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing when applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time. Contact luca.deguin@webba-creative.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Anonymous scan research
Aggregated statistics may cover scan volumes, scores, durations and finding categories. Research exports require minimum population thresholds and exclude hostnames, URLs, evidence, secrets and user identifiers. Participation can be disabled in Settings, Security.
