Service
VICE provides automated web security audits, findings, reports, monitoring and related account features. Automated analysis reduces risk but cannot guarantee that a system is free from vulnerabilities. Users may audit only systems they own or are authorized to test.
Prices and tax
Prices are displayed in euros before payment. VICE currently applies the French small business VAT exemption. Invoices state that VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The total shown by Stripe is the amount payable.
Subscriptions
Solo and Pro subscriptions renew monthly or yearly according to the selected offer. They may be cancelled online from the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops renewal and access remains available until the end of the paid period, unless the law or a payment incident requires otherwise.
Audit credits
One-off audit credits are valid for twelve months from purchase. The oldest valid credit is consumed first. A credit is restored when the corresponding audit fails before completion. Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Immediate performance and withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory fourteen-day withdrawal period when it applies. Before payment, the customer may expressly request immediate performance. If withdrawal is exercised after performance has started, the portion of the service already supplied may remain payable. The right is lost for a service that has been fully performed after the customer’s express request and acknowledgement, within the limits of applicable law.
To exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, email luca.deguin@webba-creative.com with the account email, order reference and an unambiguous withdrawal request. Statutory refunds and legal remedies remain available. VICE does not otherwise provide discretionary refunds.
Payment and account access
Stripe processes payments and stores payment methods. VICE never receives full card details. Payment failure may suspend paid features. The account holder remains responsible for account security and activity performed through the account.
Availability and liability
VICE aims to keep the service available and security checks accurate. Maintenance, provider incidents and target availability can interrupt the service. Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited by law, including statutory consumer guarantees.
Applicable law and complaints
French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Send complaints to luca.deguin@webba-creative.com.
